Wings Over Washington - a special Wings of Warmth flight

Buck dispatched the aircraft in groups of 10, with a 3 minute interval between

Quantico, and Freestate flying clubs, Washington International Aviation, Control
Aero of Frederick, the Civil Air Patrol, and the Potomac Antique Aero Squadron.
